My entrepreneurial “story” began when I found myself in a reentry course upon returning to the United States after 3 years of teaching and living in South Korea. In the course, we identified our own ‘global life ingredients,’ and I discovered that my soul wouldn’t be satisfied until I’d found the perfect semi-nomadic lifestyle. I started my business to help me achieve this goal, but also so that I could work with fellow passionate business owners and entrepreneurs!
As soon as I got started as a virtual assistant (VA), I knew that it was the role for me. I’m a constant student, and love to fall down a rabbit hole of childlike curiosity to learn new skills. That’s probably the best part of being a VA - continually being there for my clients and figuring out what the next piece of the puzzle will be for them!
That’s why I specialize in YouTube Management and Video Editing: video content is the vehicle that will drive your business and brand to the next level, but it’s also one of the most notoriously time and energy-consuming tasks that the average entrepreneur has to manage… not to mention how tough this gets while you’re also trying to travel (and enjoy) the world!
I understand (and have the first-hand experience in) the highs and lows of living a remote life (must… have… WiFi). I’ve lived and worked in Australia and South Korea for years at a time, and have also traveled independently to 16 countries (and counting!). This has given me a deeper level of understanding and empathy for my clients - I thrive as a helper!
We didn’t become business owners to spend all our time bogged down by stress! That’s why I became a virtual assistant, specifically for people like us! We don’t gravitate towards the ‘traditional’ path (college - marriage - house)... we carve our own path!
I BELIEVE IN...
- Supporting my clients with a secure and trustworthy process
- Always being willing to learn
- Everyone’s ability to change, grow and thrive at any point in life
- Never losing your childlike curiosity
- The power of mindfulness and advocating for mental health
- The healing powers of a delicious cookie… ideally a beautiful piece of soft gingerbread!
In early 2018, I backpacked independently through most of Central America for 3 1/2 months.
I lived and taught English to children in Daegu, South Korea for 3 years.
